OPPO Electronics Corp. is an electronics manufacturer based in Guangdong, China. Known for its smartphones, the company also makes MP3 players, portable media players, LCD-TVs, and DVD/Blu-ray players. It was founded in 2004. The company is also a smartphone maker. It has launched a whole range of Android powered smartphones.

Job description

  • Focus sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.
  • Achieve growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Design and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base
  • Service existing dealers, obtains orders, and establishing new dealers by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets.
  • Coach and performance monitoring of sales promoters
  • Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily sales reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
  • Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, and merchandising techniques.
  • Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending training sessions, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
  • Provide historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Identify emerging markets while being fully aware of new products and competition status

Education Requirements:

  • University degree with a concentration in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration preferred
  • experience in sales industry add an advantage
  • Familiarity with smartphones and its components
